UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop user-friendly and sales-focused landing pages via Wordpress.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website design with business goals.
- Conduct user research and apply insights to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for innovative web design solutions.
- Continuously assess and optimize the performance of landing pages.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in creating sales landing pages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative web design projects with a focus on sales and user engagement.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Elementor).
- Excellent understanding of web design principles and customer psychology.
- Ability to lead creative processes and ideation sessions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must be strong in CSS, HTML, experience in using Wordpress and Elementor.
