Store Manager

Location: Bangkapi
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the store meets sales goals through planning.
- Expense control, and effective management.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Recruit and developing staff, conducting performance appraisals.
- Spend 85% of time on the sales floor.
- Accountable for training programs.
- Analyze customer trends, executing marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory within store within target.
- Manage merchandise, maintain visual guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Manage sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds at the cash desk, utilize the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately, ensure appropriate application of discounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum vocational certificate graduation education.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in service industry preferably in apparel & footwear.
- Must have experience in Prism or Retail POS, Excel, or SAP.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English.
- Able to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime.
- Experience working in international company is a plus.
