Job Descriptions;
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process across diverse job levels and functions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process (tools and sourcing strategies, interviews, candidate guidance through offers).
- Ensure compliance of all hiring practices with corporate and local laws.
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates, ensuring swift and quality placements.
- Develop candidate pools and pipelines to meet future hiring needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to address current and future staffing requirements.
- Research and develop new sourcing strategies, sharing market insights with hiring managers.
- Implement recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, oversee HR activities, and generate operational reports.
- Other relevant HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple projects seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must.
- Good command of English
