Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 THB
Working days: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:00 hrs. or 08:30 - 17:30 hrs.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across international markets.
- Distributor Network Management : Identify, recruit, and support a high-performing distributor network, providing continuous training to ensure alignment and drive success.
- Market Expansion : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and develop effective market entry strategies.
- Sales Performance Enhancement : Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights for process optimization.
- Customer Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to facilitate seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Global Brand Representation : Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen the brands global presence.
- Compliance and Reporting : Ensure strict adherence to international regulations and company policies, preparing accurate and timely reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4-7+ years in international sales and distributor management, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and effectively managing distributor networks.
- In-depth understanding of international beverage markets and business practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
