Key responsibilities:
- Lead the group of lawyers in handling various types of legal advisory services to clients in various fields and sizes, including Foreign Investment, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and M&A.
- Correspond with the clients to address their needs promptly and directly under the supervision of the Partners.
Qualification:
- Experience in a law firm or as a legal adviser in a relevant field is advantageous
- Strong in problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Must be effectively bilingual in Thai and English, particularly in drafting.
- Must have initiative, work semi-independently, and good clients’ interfacing skills.
- Familiar with practices and policy stances of Board of Investment and Department of Business Development under the Ministry of Commerce.
