Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our ecommerce fulfilment solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on sales tactics, overcome challenges, and capitalize on market trends.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our fulfilment services.
- Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our offerings and exceed customer expectations.
- Marketing Planning: focusing on coordinate with marketing team
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and content marketing to reach target audiences effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in ecommerce sales, with specific expertise in managing Lazada,Shopee, and TikTok accounts.
- In-depth understanding of the features, algorithms, and best practices for optimizing listings and driving sales on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and striving for sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
