Regional Service Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Conducts training schools on-site with customers on product service procedures for current and discontinued products.
- Provides technical support in SEA region to a wide variety of customers, including service companies, coin store owners, route operators, distributors, homestyle customers & special accounts.
- The position is responsible for providing technical support and training on all types of equipment
- Acts as a liaison between factory on field matters relating to service, service parts and warranty items.
- Provides on-site assistance and assists with factory schools when necessary.
- Maintains regular contact with customers by telephone, in writing and in person.
- Determines appropriate action plans in response to customer needs, problems or emergencies.
- Regularly advises Customer Experience Manager – APAC on technical service matters.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics or related field with minimum 2 years experience in commercial appliance repair
- Service mind. Understand customer issue and willing to assist.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai, English and the 3rd language as Bahasa, Chinese is preferred.
- Practical mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to correct installation of gas, steam, and electric installations.
- Have some background in electricity, mechanics, and electronics.

- Must be able to travel up to 70 %
