Product and Partnership Marketing Manager
Salary: 120,000 - 140,000 THB

Key responsibilities:
-Work with the distribution teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies for new products/partnerships.
-Develop marketing materials for the launch of new products including brochures, factsheets, presentations, and VDO clips, and also go-to-market strategies across all channels to deliver a powerful message to the market.
-Content Management for a variety of platforms.
-Analyze market industry trends and the other industry players.
-Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand.
-Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as the business development team, sales representatives, product managers, and other stakeholders.
-Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners including supporting partner events and managing partner marketing communications.
-Overview marketing materials produced by business partners to maintain brand consistency and ensure that the brand is represented positively throughout all marketing efforts.
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 7 years of experience working in an integrated marketing and communications role, preferably in product or partnership marketing.
-Strong experience and knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
-Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Thai and English
-Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex, global organization.
-Proactive and collaborative, with a results-driven mindset and excellent work ethic
-A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work under pressure.
-Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Education/ Certifications: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
