Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales forecast and efficient sales target allocation.
- Execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Monitor sales and track process of products until order completion.
- Share market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Build and maintain good relationship with key users to maximize selling opportunities
- Participate pricing and incentives structures to customers
- Work with regional BU heads to roll out new initiatives and support technical sales efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in lifescience industry.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry & the therapeutic areas
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required.
