Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote restaurants across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content for marketing campaigns, menus, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional events, special offers, and loyalty programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and media outlets to increase brand exposure and generate partnerships and collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and food service to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food and dining experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
