Key responsibilities:
• Production Management
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and within budget.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements, Maximizing the line availability to support the best possible output.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in product demand or production capacity.
- Deploy the LERT tools to meet the improvement objectives.
• Maintenance Activities Management.
• Maintenance Activities Management.
- Leading all maintenance activities in the operation unit to meet with plan and standards (PM, CM, OVH activities), following the Bumrung processes.
- Demand effective RCA processes (using the LERT tools) taking improvement actions through the maintenance program, such as adjusting PMs and Inspection parameters.
- Drive improvement of efficiencies (including planned downtime), cost per case, and labor productivity for the unit line.
- Engage with planning to optimize the production schedule every week to maximize unit line availability.
- Delivery cost-per-case improvements drive productivity projects every year that will mitigate the inflationary pressures.
- Ensure that the skill count is prioritized over headcount to be able to increase the number of cases per hour worked.
• Team Management
- Issue effective and clear instructions through the line leaders.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high engagement.
• Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.
• QSE Management
• QSE Management
- Ensure that the top operational priority is given to safety. Focus on input measures (Safety conversations, Near Miss reporting, and Safety Audit results)
- Ensure team compliance with company QSE regulations and organizational policies, appraising yourself of the Coca-Cola Company KORE standards.
- Be active in leading sustainability particularly the reduction of CO2, Energy, and Water use.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science or related fields
- Experience working in factories of foods, beverages, or pharma multinational companies for at least 15 years
- Supervisor management level experience of at least 10 year
