Logistics officer
Discipline: Sport equipment manufacturing
Salary: Up to 50K
Location: Rayong
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for International sales, International market , Order Sponsor/Distributor.
- Ensure products are delivered to the right place , right location on time.
- Make booking and managing related documents is required in the import-export process.
- Contact and corporate with carrier's agent, freight forwarder and shipping agent, government organization such as Thai Customs Department any related section.
- Manage complete custom clearance formalities and shipping documentation such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Privilege Form etc.
- Negotiate and communicate with customers to get the best result.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer relations of acquired customers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Export Sales
- Understand on basic and experiences in Import-Export formality, Privilege procedure
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing (TOEIC 750 up)
