Legal Manager

Job Description:
- Provide advice on legal matters affecting the company including in relation to business initiatives, transactions, general corporate legal matters, and insurance and other legislation and regulations.
- Draft and review agreements and other legal documents in English and Thai, including contracts with business partners and service providers and insurance policy documents.
- Take a supporting role on legal compliance to ensure that the company’s activities, policies, business practices and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in the management of external counsel and liaise with regulatory and governmental bodies.
- Handle some non-claims litigation and disputes (primarily use the services of law firms), and provide assistance on corporate governance matters as required.
Qualification:
- Experience in a law firm or as a legal adviser in a relevant field is advantageous
- Strong in problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Strong drafting and communication skills (oral and written).
- Independent, proactive, confident character.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
