Lead Engineer
Salary: 90,000 THB

Location: Silom
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical aspects of the project, including architecture design, code review, and technical debt management.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Work with an agile team to develop, test and maintain applications and services in accordance with established standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or IT related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, where at least 1 years in a leadership role is a plus
- Experiences in the following technologies: Node.js, MongoDB, GCP or AWS, System Architecture, Highly-scalable system development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team
