Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and serve as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned accounts.
-Collaborate with clients to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to their ecommerce goals.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace developments to provide strategic guidance to clients.
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
-Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective ecommerce clients and conduct sales presentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in ecommerce, digital marketing, or
advertising.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms particularly Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. In-depth
understanding of the features, algorithms, and best practices for optimizing listings and driving sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility
with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
