Discipline: Food Supplement Business Manager
Location: BKK
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned, providing summaries and recommendations.
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and special projects.
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting C level executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
