Location: Rangsit and Pathumthani
Salary: 60,000 - 90,000 THB
Working days: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:00 hrs.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyzing Manufacturing Performance data, identify existing processes that can be improved to enhance the function’s delivery. These opportunities may also involve links to other functions or supply partners.
- Lead Improvement Projects: Manage and lead improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Hands on Improvement: Take an active leadership role in making improvements to the function, leading from the front and deploying LERT tools and problem-solving workshops where appropriate. However, do not “reinvent the wheel” but rather deploy existing methodologies where practical.
- Gather Insights: While executing performance improvement projects, ensure to gather information from the front line teams to validate the data, but to also ensure that process improvement results in more productive front line activity.
- Take a leadership role on digital strategy: Develop a deep understanding of data flow though the business, constantly looking to validate and simplify (i.e. automate interfaces). Specific improvements are required in reporting from the shop floor through to Data Centre. Develop and sustain the Lineview interfaces with SAP and intermediate applications.
- Change Management Culture: Be viewed as a change agent and a person who thrives on making teams embrace change, even when difficult, in order for optimization of Manufacturing processes.
- Reporting: Be prepared to present work to Senior Leaders and Stakeholders using data and compelling communication to update findings and results.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at various levels on continuous improvement concepts, methodologies, and tools. Support the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce capable of driving and sustaining improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management) is typically required.
- 8+ years of work experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, LEAN or related roles.
- Experience on SAP, Warehouse Management , WMS are advantage
- Exceptional knowledge of reporting, data flow and improvement tools.
