HR (Chinese Speaking)
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 THB

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist HR manager in planning, organizing and implementing the succession planning ,training roadmap, and promote the effective implementation of training activities.
- Assist HR manager manage the recruitment process for foreign employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Partner with other departments to ensure successful onboarding of new employees, including facilitating orientation and conducting training sessions.
- Prepare meeting documents , present and communication in the language exchange translation (Thai, English, Chinese).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, Coordination, Negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software and tools.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal).
