Position: Head of CS
Location: Nonthaburi
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB
Industry: Luxury Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operation management, check products and display, and ensure good work environment, manage manpower, train staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage inventory and stock, manage event at the store, manage POS system: sales transactions, discount, promotion at the cash desk with accurate handling of various payment methods, etc.
- Manage sales to achieve sales targets through strategic planning, active engagement on the sales floor, execute sales strategies, conduct sales reports and necessary documents.
- Take care of after-sales service
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, may be necessary.
Qualification:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Have proven experience in management (Luxury brand is an advantage)
- Must have experience in Retail POS, commission calculation
- Fluent in spoken and written Thai & English skills
- Have strong service mind, good self-image, and enthusiasm
- Have problem solving skills, communication skills, and team work
- Able to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime
