Key responsibilities:
- Own strategy development and implementation of the company's foundation.
- Elevate the social purpose components in the programs and leverage the partnerships and relationships to make a bigger impact on the communities.
- Lead foundation programs, ensuring their delivery against the key matrix.
- Develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery, and performance.
- Lead the existing fundraising events and development of new fundraising opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for Business in the related communities and attend relevant industry events.
- Manage the company's foundation day-to-day activities and administration.
- Drive and develop proactive long and short-term Public Relations strategies and plans that promote a positive reputation across both traditional and social media, as well as other communication channels.
- Traditional and Social media monitoring, listening, and responding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years overall experience in CSR, marketing communication, or related fields
- Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads, department leaders, and others.
- Excellent organizational and project skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and must be able to build, motivate, manage, and develop strong teams.
- Must be able to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
- Strong problem-solving ability with effective listening skills.
