Discipline: Finance Manager
Location: Saraburi
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with GAAP and BOI standards.
- Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective strategies and controls.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, BOI guidelines, and internal policies.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience (10+ years) in financial management roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
