Key Responsibilities:
• Development and Execution of Financial Strategies:
- Lead the development and execution of mid-to-long-term financial strategies to maximize corporate value.
- Determine strategic direction, considering factors such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze the budget and forecast, providing timely reports to senior management to support decision-making.
- Provide transparent financial information through regular meetings and reports with the Japanese headquarters and external stakeholders.
• Capital Management & Growth Strategy Support:
- Manage and optimize cash flow to maintain the financial health of the company.
- Identify and propose strategic M&A candidates to support the company's growth and expand its market position, creating opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
- Evaluate, monitor, and manage financial risks while building and maintaining a risk management framework.
- Quantitatively assess the company’s risk capacity and set/manage risk appetite based on business plans.
- Design, operate, and audit internal control systems based on J-SOX (Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure proper tax filing in compliance with Thai laws and develop and implement tax strategies to strengthen international tax compliance.
- Manage the corporate governance scheme, including but not limited to the Board of Directors and Shareholder Meetings.
- Refresh and modernize outdated financial policies and processes to implement effective financial management.
• Financial Reporting & Disclosure:
- Oversee the preparation and publication of quarterly and annual financial statements, providing accurate and transparent information.
- Ensure timely and appropriate financial disclosures by working closely with auditors.
- Prepare financial statements for shareholder meetings and provide information in accordance with both Japanese and Thai financial reporting standards.
• Management of Corporate Pension (Thailand Provident Fund):
- Oversee the design, operation, and evaluation of Thailand’s Provident Fund (defined contribution pension plan).
- Analyze the financial impact of the pension plan and establish long-term investment policies.
- Regularly assess fund performance and financial status, proposing reviews or improvements to the plan as needed.
• Promotion of Digital Transformation:
- Develop and implement a digital transformation (DX) strategy, including ERP, to improve the efficiency of financial processes.
- Leverage new technologies (e.g., generative AI) to support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

- Strengthen the profit and loss (P&L) management by sales channel and product category, and develop and propose strategies to enhance profitability.
- Regularly report financial status and departmental progress to the executive management, providing insights and suggestions to support strategic decision-making.

• Team Leadership:
- Lead the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Provide strategic direction to achieve financial goals and support the growth and development of the team.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a finance or accounting-related field is required (an MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification is strongly preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in J-SOX (Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act), as well as Thai financial reporting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in an international business environment, particularly in cross-border transactions or financial management within multinational corporations, is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with executive management and shareholders (including key stakeholders such as the headquarters).
- Advanced proficiency in business English, including strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
