Field Service Engineer
Salary: 35,000 THB

Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to present and sell aftermarket service products within the assigned industry/account.
- Achieve sales target of aftermarket service products.
- Develop customer visit plans for existing and new customers monthly/weekly.
- Provide advice on machinery and parts that suit customers’ needs.
- Assist and advise on machinery usage, explaining the operation of various machinery and components after purchase.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with machinery, performing maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Parts Sales, Aftersales, or similar.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Knowledge in machinery/engine maintenance and repair.
