Key Responsibilities:
- Developing various options for media plans and executing effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Planning Director to implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Present media plan to client for approval and help support online technical issues including updating digital trends.
- Beyond the media task itself but understanding and recommending how creative will work integrated on each platform.
- Skilled with syndicated research (@Plan Media Metrix, ComScore, TNS, etc.) as it relates to the online world.
