Key responsibilities:
- Marketing and Campaigns:
- Implement marketing strategy for KLR/loyalty customers, including communications and campaigns through various media channels.
- Implement KLR Segmentation plan, campaigns, and journey and execute tactical programs to attract/recruit new KLR database.
- Analyze Customer Data:
- Utilize customer data to develop targeted and competitive marketing campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and monitor key customer metrics and behaviors.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Manage Internal Loyalty Program:
- Oversee the development and execution of the loyalty program.
- Ensure the program meets customer satisfaction and engagement goals.
- Act as Liaison Between Developers and Users:
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to the development team.
- Ensure that CRM system enhancements align with user requirements and business objectives.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality with competitive marketing strategy and data-driven skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous, Proven ability to lead independently.
- Apply logical thinking to solve complex problems, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with proficiency in English needed both orally and in writing.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Dashboard Presentation), experience in UX/UI and F&B experience is a plus.
