Business Development Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 THB

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to plan the annual Profit and Loss plan for the B2B section.
- Build a strategic plan to achieve the goal and create a consistent commitment to the team’s effort and execution.
- Overseeing a team of account executives / sales to ensure that sales objectives are achieved by building KGI/KPI, frequently catching up, and making sure the team is going in the right direction.
- Setting reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with new prospects or building networks for the company.
- Supervise account executives / sales to be able to handle the clients smoothly and maintain good relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and strategically developing new services by utilizing company products, services and resources that fulfill those needs.
- Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
- Guiding and coaching the whole team to catch up with the KPI of each member.
Qaulifications:
- 5 years experience in Marketing Related Position
- 2 years experience in Management position (at least 5 pax in your team)
- Experience in Licensing business will be a plus for this position.
- Experience in Both Sales and Account Executive, will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
