Key responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the hospital and wellness market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and recognize new opportunities for business growth.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business strategies tailored to the hospital and wellness sectors, aiming to penetrate and expand market share.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and wellness facilities, including decision-makers and influencers, to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Targets: Drive sales initiatives to achieve or surpass set revenue targets by promoting services or products that cater specifically to the needs of the hospital and wellness market.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with organizations within the healthcare ecosystem to enhance service offerings and create integrated solutions for clients.
- Product and Service Alignment: Work closely with product development and service teams to ensure offerings are aligned with market demands and client needs within the hospital and wellness sectors.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company’s brand and value proposition at industry events, conferences, and through digital marketing channels to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
- Feedback and Adaptation: Gather client and market feedback to continuously refine and adapt business development strategies to meet the evolving needs of the hospital and wellness market.
Qualification:
- At least 15 years of related experience, especially in health & wellness industry business with management level.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
