Business Analyst
Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 THB
Discipline: IT Solutions
Location: Bangkok
Key responsibilities:
- Work with a team to develop appropriate solution to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
- Gather, define, document, and translate business requirements to come up with system requirement for communication with developers.
- Communicate to developers for business requirement explanation.
- Monitor project progress to unsure quality projects are completed on time and according to agreed quality standards.
- Undertake the analysis of system Problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with business needs.
- Bridge the gap between business users and IT Developers.
- Coordinate and communicate with end users and developer on project issue and system improvement.
- Responding in timely manner to service issues and reports
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineer or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of total experience with 1 year experience in software development and Business Analysis
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Has SAP, Power BI, RPA, or other automation tools skills preferable
- Has SQL Server skills is a must
- Able to work on Saturday if required
- Good interpersonal skills for working as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
