Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the creative vision for video projects, with a strong focus on advertising content.
- Innovate and strategize ad campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s message and engage the brand’s target audience.
- Collaborate with Video Editors to guide the creative process from conceptualization to final production, ensuring alignment with ad strategies.
- Provide expert advice on ad composition, visual storytelling, and color grading.
- Maintain consistency and high quality in all video content, with an emphasis on advertising effectiveness.
- Lead pre-production planning, including concept development, storyboarding, and ad campaign design.
- Ensure that the content is not only visually captivating but also strategically aligned with advertising goal.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment for idea sharing.
- Review and approve final edits, ensuring they align with strategic advertising goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in video production, advertising, and design technology.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on video production and advertising.
- A degree in Art, Design, Media, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing successful advertising campaigns and innovative content.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and campaigns.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and advertising trends.
- The ability to independently create and execute designs based on advertising briefs is crucial.
