Key responsibilities:
- Create initial interest, identify, define, and document critical business needs, and develop into new business opportunities.
- Create a vision of the potential solutions & present to prospects.
- Understand prospects’ needs and communicate effectively on our solution’s benefits, effectively justify return on investment.
- Manage accounts of existing clients base for upsell & cross sell opportunities.
- Produce sales proposal.
- Update prospects status, sales forecast/ pipeline reports to management.
Qualification:
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP or CRM, Software or Hardware Sales or any technology sales related.
- Strong communications, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of business process and ERP process will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision.
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate with & present to all levels within an organization environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners.
- Hardworking, result-oriented, initiative, and good attitude
Demonstrated ability to:
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
- Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
