Account Director
Industry: Digital Marketing Agency
Location: Khlong Toei, Bangkok (Near BTS Phrom Phong)
Salary: 100,000 THB
Working days: Mon-Fri, 10:00 - 19:00 hrs.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to align efforts and deliver integrated campaigns that exceed client expectations.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges during project execution to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Track project performance, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an account management or client services role, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to provide actionable solutions to client needs.
