Our client is a business for renting offices and meeting rooms will be responsible for the over-all office operations which include promoting sales, providing spotless services to customers and preparing and managing service contracts and other office database.
Responsibilities
• Establish, maintain, and develop channels and strategies to promote the center and generate revenue
• Develop and maintain good relations with customers. Handle daily customer requests in kind and polite manner
• Manage bookings, sales, and renewals of all contracts
• Analyses and resolve customer complaints with prompt, accurate, and courteous replies
• Conduct invitational calls and tours of the centers for potential customers
• Accommodate customers with their administrative needs as requested
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any field, and age over 30 years old
• Minimum of 3 years sales and customer relations experience, preferably from hotel
serviced apartment / serviced office industry
• Pleasant personality with strong service mind
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
